Hi my name is john, i am 15 years old and i have been a vegetarian for over 3 year now and i have wanted to be one since i was awere of animal cruelty (at the age of 5)but my mam would not let me as she said it was bad for my health now i know thats not true, infact it is the compleat opposit.I am an activist which means i am trying to inform and convert people of and into vegetarians.I first became a vegetarian when my friend jessica reminded me that eating meat was wrong and my friend jessica is helping me make this website to help raise awreness abut cruelty to animals and about vegetarians and how being vegetarian is very easy. i became a vegetarian when i was outside having a general conversation with jess and vegetarianism came up. it was then that i decided to agree and stop cruelty to animals. That night my mam went to asda and bought lots of the soya called quorn, in my opinion this tastes much better than actual meat alough i ant remember what real meat tastes like anyway i feel a lot better knowing that i'm not eating animals an now im alot healthier than i used to be.
Hi i'm jessica .i wanted to be a vegetarian ever since i was a little girl however my parents would not let me because they said i would not have enough protein - of course now i know this is untrue but then i did not have this knowledge. i am now 15 years old, and i have been a vegetrian for over a year now, i decided when i was on holiday in america - which eats more than the amount of meat needed - that i wouldnt let anyone stop me at what i wanted to do. i became a vegetarian because i love animals and one day i hope to become an expert zooligist, and i didnt want to eat any animal and cause it harm - it just seemed wrong. especially at the fact that they did not have a good life even before it was put on your plate. i, like my friend john, am also an activist, so i hope to inform you about the cruelty to animals, because you cant just hide from it, and you should have a heart and at least care a little bit.
